ARIEMAT AUTO - CREASER
Modular machines with high-power precision creasing device with adjustable blades: suitable for board from 200g/sm up to 4mm and more.

ARIES manual version: double register guides on the rear table, front multiple guide (optional). Distances from creasing line to board edge from 20 to 500 mm.

ARIEMAT automatic version: feeding between the dragging rollers, fibre-optic sensor to detect sheet, computer-controlled creasing positions, output to collector table or in-line to automatic riveting machine for affixing ring-mechanism.

In a few seconds, the creasing programs can be set, stored and recalled, thanks to the custom-made software; 100 memories with 100 creasing programs are available. Manual cycle option, for thickness and size change. Set-up in less than one minute: ideal even for minimum quantities. Available with automatic top-loading sheet feeder: total reliability and no marks even on delicate materials.
