AURIGA - NIP ROLLER 'TABLE TOP'
Nip-roller press with great diameter rubber coated pressure rollers, for pressing and smoothing glued sheets of paper, board and similar materials; it removes wrinkles and bubbles. Mechanical drive system of the rollers, to enable processing up to 20mm thick materials; spring pressure and thickness are independently adjustable. Easy removable collector table, to reduce the overall dimensions. Ready to be connected in-line with the conveyer belt of the Helios and Heliomat gluing machines. Available top-table and height-frame versions
On request: speed-variator to facilitate lamination with difficult adhering materials; modification to allow the pressing of materials up to 80mm of overall thickness; special size versions.
